Spring time in South Australia and the races go hand in hand. As the spring racing season start to approach, the most important thing on all Fashionistas mind is what to wear! As the weather starts to warm up it's the perfect time for light layering, lace and crisp colours.
The Outfit
Suit Up
Not your average suit think Hamptons style dressing with a white suit combo with some crisp wide leg pants. Depending on the weather a gorgeous suit jacket the same colour as your pants will be a stand out (think white and navy for winners!). Add a pair of statement earrings and pointed pair of heels. For head wear I would sport a wide brim hat from Adelaide’s own 66 the Label.
If pants aren’t your thing, there is always dress, top and skirt options. I love this Keepsake The Label number navy with a gorgeous floral print. Wear a floral crown to tie in the simple print, simple open toe heels and a simple choker.
It’s All In the Details
Accessories are a major part of your total look, whether you keep it simple or want something bold it’s all about keeping in style with your outfit.
Headpieces are a must when styling up your look, there are so many options now with a huge choice of fascinators, hats, flower headpiece and simple headbands.
Once you have picked your headpiece it’s what to do with your hair, simple waves, slicked back hair or a gorgeous up-do.
